Elisheva Goldberg
Elisheva Goldberg is an American ceramicist based in London. She received her MA in Ceramics from the Royal College of Art in 2024 and was most recently the Hauser & Wirth artist-in-residence for Winter 2025.
Elisheva’s practice spans both tableware and sculptural vessels, balancing functionality with a painterly sensibility inspired by gardens and cut flowers.
Her new series of tulipières was developed following her winter in the British countryside, combining the historic form popularised during the 16th century Dutch tulip craze with pan-European folk painting traditions.
Each spout of the tiered vessels is designed to hold a single stem, allowing the pieces to bloom gradually from top to bottom.
